Assisted the Office of Airports (ARP) in the creation of Order 5200.11 - FAA Airports (ARP) Safety Management System

• Visited and solicited input and feedback from three ARP regionals meeting with both regional and district office employees
• Supported the ARP Pilot Safety Risk Management (SRM) Panel in San Jose, CA (SJC) for Taxiway W Extension, Phase 2
• Drafted the Change Proposal
• Co-facilitated the SRM panel
• Drafted the SRM Document (SRMD)
• Designed the FAA ARP SMS Training Curriculum
• Defined and developed the FAA ARP SMS on-line and instructor-led training courses
• Wrote the SMS Communication Outreach Plan for FAA ARP
• Collaborated with Air Traffic Organization (ATO) SMS staff regarding the implementation of FAA SMS programs
