MicroSystems Automation Group (MSAG) has been providing technology solutions for Government and Commercial clients since 1986. We have a rich history of working with clients to understand their business problems and leverage our technical expertise and knowledge to deliver an automated solution that improves business performance, reduces costs, works within the organizations technical infrastructure and most importantly allows our customers to better serve their customers and/or constituents.

Our philosophy is to develop a long term working relationships with our clients and work to understand their requirements beyond the technology. What are the clients’ business mission, financial situation, short and long term systems objectives, including the success criteria for the specific project? MSAG assigns the right management and technical team, who develop a client specific approach to the project, then select the right technology and tools to deliver the project on time within budget and to the clients’ specification.

At MSAG, our capability spans all aspects of technology, hardware, software, application development, systems integration, maintenance and support. Our core expertise is in two technology categories:

1. Database Systems and Application Development
2. Automatic Identification Technology (AIT) Solutions

The majority of our work is an extension of these two categories. MSAG has a strong foundation of solid back-end expertise, database architecture, design and development coupled with ten years in the AIT arena. This AIT expertise, which requires in-depth front analysis, user interface, business process expertise and systems integration knowledge, uniquely positions MSAG as a company that really understands the problems the client is trying to solve. Once understood, MSAG has the technical methods, talent, and professionalism to deliver the solution that is right for our clients.
