Description
The purpose of this workshop is to train the large cadre of Leaders who will be teaching the NEW Department of Labor (DOL) Employment Workshop. This workshop is a key part of the Department of Defense (DOD) Transition Assistant Program (TAP). The redesigned workshop has been updated and improved with a particular emphasis on accelerating separating service member's transition into meaningful civilian careers. This redesign encompasses the entire curriculum, delivery methods, and student materials. The new workshop is a world-class program that most effectively meets the needs of transitioning service members entering the 21st century workforce.
