Senior Vice President Operations, Jim Reznikoff

Mr. Reznikoff offers over 20 years of experience managing client relationships and providing strategic support to MSAG’s clients. He has managed a program of more than 16 active projects and provides strong leadership to his team of 33 employees. Mr. Reznikoff is responsible for providing a culture and environment that brings the best out of his staff. Mr. Reznikoff has strong oral and written communication skills. He is known for innovative thinking. He has identifies solutions for product development, provides thoughtful and thorough analysis, and provides technical expertise for targeted solutions.

Mr. Reznikoff has served many roles since the inception of the company. In the early years, he was responsible for business development and client services. As the company grew, James became responsible for oversight of the bookkeeping and the management of the software development staff. James was responsible for creating several operational systems for the company including the employee manual and the company policies Mr. Reznikoff also holds the title of Facility Security Officer (FSO) for MicroSystems. He manages the facility and Staff clearances. He has implemented a streamlined process for badging and clearing staff quickly and effectively.

Mr. Reznikoff also is active in several organizations including: serving as membership chair for World Entrepreneur Organization and is an active participant in his synagogue’s brotherhood and a member in good standing with Northern Virginia Technology Council and ACT/IAC.
